NILC’s Freedom to Thrive Podcast Nominated for Best Podcast – Belonging & Inclusion in the 30th Annual Webby Awards

WASHINGTON — The National Immigration Law Center (NILC) is proud to announce that its Freedom to Thrive podcast has been nominated for best Podcasts – Belonging & Inclusion in the 30th Annual Webby Awards.

NILC’s Freedom to Thrive Podcast is powering pro-immigrant narratives one story at a time. Through conversation with immigrants, children of immigrants, cultural influencers, artists, activists and people at the center of policymaking. Season two of the podcast is hosted by co-founder of Las Cafeteras band, Hector Flores, and brought guests like comedian Cristela Alonzo, farmworkers’ rights activist Dolores Huerta, Palestinian actor and comedian Mo Amer, and rising country artist Bryan Andrews, among more.
The Webby Awards Winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
