Statement on Kim Kardashian’s Donation to NILC

WASHINGTON — Kica Matos, president of The National Immigration Law Center, issued the following statement on Kim Kardashian’s donation to the organization:

We are deeply grateful to Kim for using her platforms to support immigrant communities across the country. As we continue to advocate on behalf of vulnerable immigrants during such a pivotal moment, we are grateful to have the support of such deeply committed allies.  We’ve seen the impact of Kim’s powerful advocacy, particularly on criminal justice reform, and appreciate how her support can influence real change on this issue.
