Shaun manages the overall operations of the Washington, DC office and key operations service providers for the organization. At NILC, she is also the Community Specialist, where she works independently and collaboratively on projects from conception to completion. Some of those duties include coordinating with leaders, staff, and external parties to manage the logistics and administration of in-person work and events at the NILC office.
Shaun enjoys project management and working cross-departments to support staff with event logistics, specifically managing the budget and planning for in-person gatherings. With over thirteen years of experience working with professional athletes and high-net clients, Shaun brings a level of practical detail-organizational skills. She is self-motivated and never leaves a hair out of place.
When not at work, Shaun is completing an art project or thrifting something spectacular to DIY!
