Kevin provides leadership and guidance for the HR department. He works closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to help achieve organizational goals, enhance employee retention, and maintain an inclusive work culture at NILC. Before this role, Kevin was the Director of People Operations, responsible for Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits.
He is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience developing HR strategies across multiple industries, including the armed forces, healthcare, financial services, utilities, retail, and non-profit. Kevin served 20 years in various roles in the United States Air Force.
