Jarvis is responsible for leading talent acquisition activities, including attracting diverse talent, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting a strong employment brand, both internally and externally. Jarvis serves as a consultative and strategic partner in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that align to NILC’s strategic framework and enhancing overall recruiting program success while placing a high value on the “candidate experience.” Jarvis oversees sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet the staffing needs of the organization and ensure compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines.
