Annabell manages grant-related activities at NILC in collaboration with the Director of Institutional Giving. She focuses on writing and submitting grant proposals and reports, coordinating with finance and program teams, and handling funder communications to meet all deadlines and deliverables. At NILC, she identifies and develops strategies to optimize internal grants management, aiming to maximize NILC’s fundraising success. Annabell enjoys being a self-motivated team player, always striving to contribute to her team’s goals.
Outside of work, you can find Annabell at a local drag show, spoiling her dog Nacho, or rewatching Shrek 2 for the millionth time.
