Acasia is the driving force behind NILC’s fundraising analytics, adapting the organization’s Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system to meet the development department’s dynamic needs. She keeps a keen eye on fundraising performance, ensuring NILC leadership stays informed of progress toward fundraising goals and collaborating with the finance and communications teams to monitor donor activity and interest in NILC’s work.
A true data nerd, Acasia enjoys analyzing large data sets, creating dashboards in Tableau, and learning about new technology to support the fundraising team.
When she’s not cheering on her beloved LA Dodgers, she’s likely enjoying a Law & Order marathon. Her passion for both baseball and crime-solving mirrors her dedication to NILC’s mission.
