Tasha provides strategic leadership in all areas of operations, including Finance & Administration, Human Resources, and Technology. Her work focuses on overseeing the strategic and day-to-day management of NILC’s operations, ensuring effective and strong operations functions for the organization as a whole.
Early in her career, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Botswana as a junior high school English teacher in the middle of the Kalahari desert. She’s an avid indoor/outdoor cyclist and enjoys traveling and eating food from around the world.
