On Oct. 14, 2014, the National Immigration Law Center, Restaurant Opportunities Center United, and Rutgers University School of Law Federal Tax Law Clinic presented a webinar on“What Immigrant Workers Need to Know About their Tax Obligations.”

The webinar reviewed tax compliance requirements for low-income immigrant workers, the use of ITINs in tax law, and common tax questions and scenarios for immigrant workers in the restaurant industry and beyond.
