California Supreme Court Grants Petition for Review of Court of Appeal’s Decision

The Supreme Court of California today granted the appellants’ petitions for review in Martinez v. Regents of the University of California. The court also denied the plaintiffs’ separate petition for review. Except for Justice Werdegar, who was absent and therefore not participating, the vote in favor of review was unanimous.
