Dear Ms. Aguilar: On December 28, 2001, the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) submitted comments in response to the request for information on the costs and benefits of implementing Executive Order 13166 issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and published in the Federal Register on November 30, 2001. A number of organizations signed on to our comments. Due to the holidays, several organizations missed the deadline for submitting comments.
